We have a couple of options for shipping your Shake. Unrecorded first class post which can be placed through your letterbox without the need for a signature. We are unable to track these items and they are insured to the value of the order so carry no risk to you as a customer. The second option is via a tracked service, normally next day and is reserved for larger orders only insured to the value of the order. We change our couriers periodically and reserve the right to use whoever we deem suitable on the day.

Gave this a try and was very happy with the product! I was unsure about buying at first but the customer service is excellent and with no minimum order I figured I’d take the gamble and try these guys and I’m very happy i did! I would recommend paying for the tracked posting just because my order was held up with Royal Mail and customer services were about to replace the order when it arrived. Second order i payed for the tracking and it gave great peace of mind, plus I like watching my orders coming. I’d definitely recommend this great herbal supplement to anyone interested, great stuff!
