About Weed Supermarket
What is Weed Supermarket?

Weed Supermarket is a UK online retailer specialising in carefully selected hemp-derived products. Established in 2018, we offer a changing range that may include hemp flower, traditional-style hemp solids, CBD and CBG isolates, THCa products, gummies and branded accessories. Our focus is on clear product information, dependable customer service, discreet delivery and a straightforward ordering experience.

Is Weed Supermarket a genuine UK business?

Yes. Weed Supermarket is an established UK online retailer that has been trading since 2018. Orders are processed by our UK team and dispatched using recognised postal and courier services. Customers should always check that they are using our official website at https://weed-supermarket.co.uk/ and be cautious of social media accounts, messaging profiles or websites that copy our branding.

How long have you been trading?

Weed Supermarket has been operating since 2018. During that time, we have continued to improve our product range, website information, customer support, delivery processes and compliance documentation.

What products do you stock?

Our range may include hemp flower, traditional-style hemp solids, CBD isolate, CBG isolate, mixed cannabinoid isolates, gummies, THCa products, premium products, value products and branded accessories. Current availability is always shown in our online shop.

Where do your products come from?

We source products from established growers, producers and suppliers, with a particular focus on European-sourced hemp products and specialist manufacturers. We review product information, presentation, consistency and available supporting documentation before listing products.

Are your products quality checked?

Products are checked before listing and dispatch. Checks may include appearance, weight, packaging, condition and consistency with the product information supplied to us. Where relevant laboratory or manufacturer information is available, it may be referenced on the individual product page.

Do you receive new stock regularly?

Yes. We regularly receive fresh stock, returning favourites and new products. Availability depends on supplier stock, production schedules, harvests and customer demand. Some products remain available for longer periods, while others may be limited or seasonal.

How do I contact customer service?

You can contact our customer service team by email at [email protected]. Please include your order number when contacting us about an existing order so we can locate the correct details quickly.

Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?

Browse the online shop, choose the product and quantity you require, add it to your basket and proceed to checkout. Enter your billing and delivery details carefully, review the order and submit it. You will then receive an order confirmation containing the information needed to complete payment.

What payment method do you accept?

We currently accept payment by UK bank transfer, also known as BACS or Faster Payments. The account details and payment instructions are displayed after checkout and included in your order confirmation email.

How do I make a bank transfer?

Most UK bank transfers can be made through your bank’s mobile app, online banking service, telephone banking service or a branch. Use the account name, sort code and account number shown in your order instructions, enter the exact order total and use your order number as the payment reference. Full guidance is available at https://weed-supermarket.co.uk/how-to-pay/.

What payment reference should I use?

Always use your order number as the payment reference. This helps us identify the payment and match it to the correct order. Using another reference may delay payment allocation and dispatch.

How long do bank transfers take?

Most UK Faster Payments arrive within minutes, but transfer times are controlled by the sending and receiving banks. Some payments may take longer because of bank security checks, account limits, incorrect details or scheduled payment settings.

Why is my order showing as on hold?

An order is normally placed on hold while we wait for the bank transfer to arrive and be matched to the order. Once payment has been received and allocated, the order can move into processing.

I have paid. Why has my order not updated?

There may be a short delay between your bank confirming the transfer and our team matching it to the order. Check that the payment was sent to the correct account, the amount matches the order total, your order number was used as the reference and the payment was not scheduled for a later date. If necessary, email us with your order number, payment amount, payment date and the name of the sending account.

Do you accept debit cards, credit cards or PayPal?

At present, orders are completed by bank transfer. We do not currently offer standard debit card, credit card or PayPal checkout. The payment methods currently available will always be shown at checkout.

Can I amend my order?

Contact customer service as soon as possible and include your order number. We may be able to amend an order that has not yet entered packing or dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request cancellation before dispatch by emailing customer service with your order number. If payment has not been received, the unpaid order can normally be cancelled. If payment has already been received, we will review the order status and explain the available next steps.

What happens if I do not pay for my order?

Stock may be reserved temporarily while an order is awaiting payment. If payment is not received within the period stated in our communications, the order may be cancelled and the stock made available to other customers.

Why has my discount code not worked?

A discount code may fail because it has expired, the minimum requirement has not been met, the basket contains excluded products, the code has already been used, it was entered incorrectly or it cannot be combined with another offer. Check the promotional terms before completing checkout.

I have not received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders and confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct. If you still cannot find the message, contact customer service with your name, delivery postcode and approximate order time.

Delivery & Packaging
When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment has been received and allocated. Paid orders received before 1pm on a working weekday are normally eligible for same-day dispatch, subject to stock, operational capacity and any service disruption.

Does same-day dispatch mean same-day delivery?

No. Same-day dispatch means the parcel leaves our premises on the same working day. Delivery takes place after the parcel has entered the postal or courier network.

Which delivery services do you offer?

Delivery options may include Royal Mail First Class, Tracked 48, Tracked 24, Special Delivery and Special Saturday Delivery. The services available for your order are shown during checkout. A specialist courier may also be available by prior arrangement.

Is delivery discreet?

Yes. Orders are sent in plain, discreet outer packaging with no unnecessary external branding relating to the contents.

How are orders packaged?

Products are securely vacuum sealed before being placed into plain outer packaging. Smaller orders are normally sent in padded envelopes, while larger orders may be boxed for additional protection. Packaging methods may vary according to the size and contents of the order.

Can I track my parcel?

Tracking is available where a tracked delivery service has been selected. Tracking details are normally provided after dispatch. Royal Mail First Class is not a fully tracked service, although proof of postage is retained.

What should I do if my parcel is delayed?

Postal and courier services occasionally experience delays outside our control. Check any tracking information first, then allow a reasonable period for delivery. If the parcel is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number so we can advise on the next step.

What happens if my parcel appears to be lost?

If a parcel has not arrived within the timeframe required by the delivery provider before an investigation can be opened, contact us with your order number. We will review the delivery service used and explain the claims or investigation process.

Can I change my delivery address?

Email customer service immediately with your order number and the correct address. We may be able to update an order that has not yet been packed or dispatched. Once a parcel has entered the delivery network, changing the address may not be possible.

Do you deliver throughout the UK?

Yes. We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, using established postal and courier services. Availability for some remote locations may depend on the delivery provider.

Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland?

Availability for delivery outside the UK may change. Please check the checkout or contact customer service before placing an order for delivery to the Republic of Ireland.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

If your parcel arrives with significant external damage, take photographs before opening it where possible and contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can investigate.

Products
What is hemp flower?

Hemp flower is the flowering part of specially cultivated Cannabis sativa plants. Each variety develops its own appearance, aroma, colour, structure and naturally occurring cannabinoid and terpene profile. Because hemp is an agricultural product, natural variation between batches is normal.

What are hemp solids?

Hemp solids are compact products produced from hemp material using a range of traditional-style production methods. Depending on the product, they may vary in colour, texture, aroma and consistency. Each product page explains the characteristics of the item currently available.

What are CBD and CBG isolates?

CBD and CBG isolates are highly refined hemp-derived ingredients containing predominantly one named cannabinoid. They are generally supplied as a fine crystalline powder. Customers should read the individual product description, specification and any available supporting information before purchasing.

What are cannabinoids?

Cannabinoids are naturally occurring compounds found within Cannabis sativa plants. Different products naturally contain different cannabinoid profiles. Where relevant, cannabinoid information supplied by the manufacturer or laboratory may be shown on the product page.

What are terpenes?

Terpenes are naturally occurring aromatic compounds found throughout the plant kingdom, including hemp. They contribute to the distinctive aroma of each variety. Different terpene combinations are one reason why products can smell noticeably different from one another.

Why do natural products vary in appearance?

Natural variation is normal. Climate, cultivation, harvest timing, drying, trimming, storage and the individual plant can all influence colour, density, flower size, texture and general appearance.

Are the product photographs genuine?

We aim to use photographs that accurately represent the products offered. However, lighting, camera settings, screen calibration and natural batch variation mean the product received may not look identical to every image displayed.

Why are some products out of stock?

Some products are sourced or produced in limited quantities. Popular products may sell faster than replacement stock can be obtained. We would rather mark an item as unavailable than accept an order for stock we do not currently hold.

How do I know when a product is back in stock?

You can subscribe to our mailing list for restock announcements, new arrivals and selected promotions. You may also check the website regularly or contact customer service if you are waiting for a particular product.

What is the Small Bud range?

Small Bud products contain smaller hemp flowers selected as a value-focused option. Flower size and appearance may differ from larger premium flower, but the product page explains the variety and key characteristics of the current batch.

How should products be stored?

Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight. Keeping them securely sealed can help preserve their condition.

Can I compare products before ordering?

Yes. Product pages include photographs, descriptions and key information to help customers compare the current range and make informed purchasing decisions.

Do product descriptions change?

Yes. Product descriptions may be updated when new batches arrive, specifications change or additional information becomes available. We review product pages so they reflect the products currently offered.

Do you provide medical advice?

No. Information on our website is provided for general product and educational purposes only. We do not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments or provide personalised medical advice. Customers with health concerns or questions about medicines should speak to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Where can I read about compliance and laboratory testing?

Our compliance information, product standards and laboratory testing approach are explained on our dedicated Compliance page at https://weed-supermarket.co.uk/uk-compliance-laboratory-testing/.

My Account
Do I need to create an account?

The checkout options available at the time of ordering will be shown on the website. Creating an account can make it easier to view previous orders, manage saved details and follow the progress of current orders.

How do I create an account or log in?

Visit https://weed-supermarket.co.uk/my-account/ to register or log in. Use an email address you can access, as account and password emails will be sent there.

How do I reset my password?

Visit the My Account page and select the lost password option. Enter the email address linked to your account and follow the instructions sent to you. Check spam or junk folders if the reset email does not appear.

Can customer service reset my password?

No. For privacy and security, password resets must be completed through the Lost Password function on the My Account page. Customer service cannot view or supply your password.

Can I update my account details?

Yes. Once logged in, you can update saved addresses, account information and your password through the My Account area.

Can I view previous orders?

Yes. Orders placed while logged in should appear within your account order history. Contact customer service if you need help with a specific order and include the order number.

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from marketing emails?

You can subscribe through the website or during the available sign-up process. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link that can be used at any time. Transactional order emails may still be sent when required to process an order.
