At Weed Supermarket, we understand that fast, reliable and discreet delivery is an important part of your shopping experience. This Delivery Guide explains how we dispatch orders, the delivery services available, how your order is packaged, and what you can expect once your order has been placed.

Whether you’re ordering for the first time or you’re one of our returning customers, we aim to make the delivery process as straightforward and transparent as possible. This Delivery Guide handles every step of the process.

Our Delivery Commitment

Every order is carefully prepared before leaving our premises. We package each order discreetly, offer a range of insured delivery services to suit different requirements, and dispatch orders as quickly as possible once payment has been received.

Dispatch Times

Our aim is to dispatch paid orders promptly during normal working days.

  • Orders paid before our daily dispatch cut-off are normally dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders received after the cut-off will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
  • We do not offer a same-day delivery service.

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas or other seasonal events, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Discreet Packaging

Customer privacy is extremely important to us.

Every order is vacuum sealed before being securely packaged for dispatch. Most orders are sent in plain padded envelopes with no Weed Supermarket branding or identifying information visible on the outside. Larger orders may be dispatched in plain boxes to provide additional protection during transit.

Our packaging is designed to be discreet, secure and practical, helping to protect your order throughout the delivery process.

Tracking & Insurance

All delivery services offered by Weed Supermarket are fully insured.

Tracked delivery services allow you to monitor your parcel’s journey online from dispatch through to delivery. Royal Mail First Class is fully insured but does not include online tracking.

Should your parcel experience unexpected delays, we’ll work with the delivery provider to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Delivery Delays

Most orders arrive within the expected delivery timeframe. However, delivery times are delivery aims rather than guarantees unless you’ve selected a guaranteed delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Occasionally, deliveries may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Industrial action
  • High seasonal demand
  • Royal Mail operational delays

We appreciate your patience should these circumstances arise.

Please Check Your Delivery Address

Before completing your order, please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete.

Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to amend the delivery address. Weed Supermarket cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied during checkout.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders that have been paid before our daily dispatch cut-off are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders received after the cut-off, on weekends or on UK public holidays are usually dispatched on the next working day.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

No. We do not currently offer a same-day delivery service. Please choose the delivery option that best suits your requirements when placing your order.

Which delivery services do you offer?

We offer a range of insured Royal Mail delivery services, including:

  • Royal Mail First Class
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed

A Specialist Courier service may also be available by prior arrangement. Please contact Customer Support for more information.

Is my order packaged discreetly?

Yes. Every order is vacuum sealed before being securely packaged in a plain padded envelope or, for larger orders, a plain box. There is no Weed Supermarket branding on the outside of the packaging, helping to protect your privacy.

Can I track my order?

Yes, if you choose a tracked delivery service.

Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48 and all Special Delivery services include tracking updates. Royal Mail First Class is insured but does not include online tracking.

Are all deliveries insured?

Yes. Every delivery option available through Weed Supermarket includes insurance, giving you additional peace of mind should a parcel become lost or damaged in transit.

How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery times depend on the service you select during checkout.

  • Royal Mail First Class: Usually 1–3 working days.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Delivery aim of 2 working days.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Delivery aim of 1 working day.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery: Guaranteed next working day (subject to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions).
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed: Guaranteed Saturday delivery.

Please note that delivery times are delivery aims unless you’ve selected a guaranteed Royal Mail service.

What should I do if my parcel is delayed?

While most deliveries arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including severe weather, public holidays or Royal Mail operational issues.

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact Customer Support and we’ll be happy to assist.

What happens if my parcel is lost?

In the unlikely event that your parcel is confirmed as lost by the delivery provider, we’ll work with Royal Mail or the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

As all delivery services are insured, we’ll keep you informed throughout the process and explain the next steps if a claim becomes necessary.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your delivery address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are generally unable to make changes, so please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. International delivery is available to selected destinations.

Additional delivery charges may apply, and customers are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their destination country. If you’re unsure, please contact Customer Support before placing your order.
