Introduction

Welcome to the Weed Supermarket website, a UK based ecommerce retailer of legal hemp products. By using our website and placing an order, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Returns

We do not offer returns on any products purchased on our website.

Payment

Payment for all products must be made by bank transfer only.

Delay

We will not be held liable for any delay by Royal Mail or a Courier whereby a customer receives an item later than expected.

Loss or None Delivery

All packages are insured. We will replace any lost item within 10 working days of date of despatch should it not arrive, this is inline with the Royal Mail policy for loss. Any packages that haven’t arrived need to be reported to us within 21 days of order to qualify for this. After this date, the insurance is no longer valid. We cannot take responsibility for parcels sent to incomplete or incorrect addresses, please ensure you double check your address.

Compliance with Laws

We comply with the Misuse of Drugs Act in the UK. We will not sell any products that are in violation of this act.

Shipping

We dispatch items on the same day on weekdays using a First Class (Next Day) service if your order and payment is received before 1pm. This excludes bank holidays and weekends.

All prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

We will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our website or products purchased from our website.
