General
Yes we are legitimate. Every order is fulfilled and we can provide proof of postage if required. We actively hate those who scam vulnerable people online and regularly hear stories from customers of being scammed elsewhere, that is why we collaborated with the guys at High & Polite to compile and sponsor their Scammers Directory which you can find here > https://www.highandpolite.co.uk/cbdnews/buying-weed-online-beware-of-these-online-cannabis-scams-in-the-uk
We are also active on Trustpilot with circa 700 reviews in the last year alone, you can visit our Trustpilot page here > https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/weed-supermarket.co.uk
We sell in as little as 1G in order to allow customers to sample our products before they make a larger order. This also gives the customer the chance to test the service for a small financial outlay to ensure they actually receive their order. Beware of websites that have large minimum order quantities, they are generally all scams and they know that they only have one chance to defraud you, so they try to make the value as high as possible.
Currently our products are low THC and high CBD in compliance with EU/UK legislation. Every one of our raw hemp flower strains are sourced & processed European hemp strains grown for horticultural purposes within the European Economic Area and they are imported legally. The various seed types originate from crops that contain less than 0.2% THC required by European law. Under European law the trade of hemp is protected and does not exclude any part of the plant itself. Community law is there to prevent any European member state from applying national legislation which, contrary to regulation No. 1782/2003, has the effect of prohibiting the possession of hemp or hemp plants.
Once the law changes we would love to stock a range of products high in THC also but currently we are unable to due to UK/European law. We hope that a change in our archaic laws is not too far away now, everything suggests that it is on the cards but how long is anyone’s guess.

Payment
Payment is via bank transfer (BACS). This is a free service offered by 99% of UK banks and normally arrives within minutes, in some cases it can take up to 2 hours depending on your bank.
Bank transfers can mostly be made in 3 ways. In branch at your bank, by telephone using telephone banking or using Internet/Mobile banking apps. You simply provide the details that we give you to your bank, these include sort code, account number, name and payment reference then confirm the amount you wish to send.
More guidance can be found at the Money Advice Service here > https://www.moneyadviceservice.org.uk/en/articles/making-phone-or-online-transfers
Unfortunately Paypal will not support us due to the nature of what we sell. This also applies to the major debit and credit card payment processors. So we are unable to other either of these forms of payment.
Postage & Packaging
All our parcels are dispatched via ROYAL MAIL using their FIRST-CLASS service. This should mean, in theory, that your parcel will arrive the following day if ordered and paid for by 1pm on a weekday. However, this isn’t always the case. There could be a few reasons that your parcel hasn’t made it to you in the guided time frame:
-
The address you provided us with isn’t correct.
-
There has been a larger than usual amount of post put through the system on that day, meaning it has pushed your parcel back on the priorities of delivery. It will likely turn up the following day.
